There’s a myth that cooking egg whites lowers their protein content. This isn’t actually true unless you like eating your eggs burnt. The amount of protein in raw and cooked eggs remains pretty much the same. Cooking your eggs actually makes it easier for your body to absorb protein. When heated protein opens from it’s normal folded structure, which allows enzymes in the body to digest it more easily. So go ahead and cook your eggs, it’s more healthy for you anyways!
